Choosing the right school is an important decision. Our admissions process is thoughtfully designed to be clear and supportive, so you can move forward with confidence as we begin shaping your child’s character, skills, and future together.

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

Our Registration Flow

Our admission process is designed to be clear, structured, and transparent for both students and parents. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth enrollment journey from registration to your child’s first day of school.

Registration Flow

  • Step 1: Student/parents complete the registration form, submit required documents, and pay the registration and entrance test fee
  • Step 2: The school reviews and asseses the submitted registration package
  • Step 3: The student attends the entrance test. Test results will be communicated once the assessment is complete
  • Step 4: Upon passing the entrance test, the required fees (tuition, registration, deposit, uniform, and stationery) must be settled
  • Step 5: The student’s photo will be taken for the official Student ID card
  • Step 6: The student is officially enrolled and may begin attending classes

Required Documents & Fees

  1. Completed Registration, Admission & Health Form, along with acknowledgment of School Policies:
    – Registration Form Fee: Rp 200.000/form
    – Entrance Test Fee: Rp 750.000/per student
  2. Four (4) recent photographs. size 4 x 6 cm, red background, student must wear white shirt
  3. Photocopy of the official school records from the student’s previous/last school
  4. One (1) copy of the student’s birth certificate, with the original provided for verification

Required Documents For Students

  1. Completed Registration, Admission & Health Form, along with acknowledgment of School Policies:
    – Registration Form Fee: Rp 200.000/form
    – Entrance Test Fee: Rp 750.000/per student
  2. Four (4) recent photographs. size 4 x 6 cm, red background, student must wear white shirt
